When travelling overland or on safari a regular GPS fails. Luckily, specials off-road maps exist, of which Tracks 4 Africa is the most famous. It’s database is filled with campsites, shops and other POI’s and seamlessly brings you from one to another. For rental purposes we provide you with a special Garmin Nüvi with Tracks 4 Africa maps installed.

- A GPS does not mitigate the need for accurate trip planning, always have paper maps for backup. We especially suggest the ‘Shell home brand’ tourist / road maps, sold online and at local petrol stations. As a secondary backup we can also recommend maps.me installed on your smartphone.
