VAT (BTW)
Unless otherwise specified Value Added Tax (VAT/BTW) is due over our services. If you are a non-Netherlands based EU-company and provide us with a valid VAT-number we can provide you with a quotation without VAT.
Quotations without prejudice
Because our purchase channels often quote us in non-Euro currencies, we bare an exchange rate risk. We try to update our prices as often as possible to offer you the best-possible deal. Even if prices fluctuate against our favour, we will try to fulfil your needs regardless. However, a situation might occur in which our purchase price rises with such an extent that our margin becomes negative. Therefor all our quotations are without prejudice and we reserve the right provide you with an updated quote before shipping out, after which you will have the option i) to agree to the updated quote or ii) to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Returns
A fourteen-day grace period is applicable for consumer-purchases done online. This means you are allowed to return goods ordered with us (in the original/unopened box) at your own costs when notifying us within 14 days after receiving them. After receiving your return a refund (minus shipping & handling costs and minus devaluation if applicable) is issued. Please note the grace period is not applicable on any non-stock / customised orders: which includes all airtime and rental reservations. Please contact us if you are in any doubt about the return possibilities of your potential purchase.
Warranty
- New equipment – factory warranty is applicable (depending on the product 12, 24 or 36 months) and EU-directive / Dutch legal warranty can be applicable (24 months). We will do what we reasonably can to fulfil our legal warranty obligations, but please take in mind that the burden of proof can be different with legal warranty. We can offer extended factory warranty for ease of mind as well.
- Second-life equipment – 3 months warranty.
- Rental – all products are tested before shipment / pickup. Any defects from the moment of shipment till the moment of return are at risk of the lessee.
- Lease – depending on the specific lease conditions, in most cases we give you ease of mind and the risk is on us.
- Batteries – are subject to special warranty terms: 30 days for second life equipment and 3 or 6 months (depending on product) for new equipment..
